SERBIAN-GERMAN DIALOGUE ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY

On Monday, November 9 in the Sava Center there was a conference on energy efficiency. The aim of the event was to present current global trends and national challenges for Serbia regarding energy efficiency, as well as to show some good practices supported within German-Serbian bilateral cooperation.

In the presence of the German Embassy, KfW Development Bank, GTZ and Delegation of German Economy for Serbia and Montenegro (AHK) the participants had opportunity to discuss and exchange experiences, to get familiar with projects, products and services at the Serbian market, especially regarding energy efficiency. Apart from these institutions, banks included in KfW credit line also participated. Cacanska banka was among participants - it included in its offer loans for energy efficiency and using reusable energy sources. Loans are granted on very convenient conditions and so far EUR 1.7 million were approved and disbursed.
