Issuing

Visa Business card may be issued at the request of a legal entity / entrepreneur.

You may obtain Application form and other necessary documentation in any branch of the Bank.

After the client’s creditworthiness has been assessed, the decision for approving or rejecting the application for Visa Business card will be made.

The number of card users within one legal entity is not limited, while the decision on which employees will get the card is made by the manager of the enterprise.

Visa Business card is valid 12 months.

Conditions for issuing and using Visa Business card: 

• Agreement on issuing and using Visa Business card
• two blank bills of exchange with "no protest" and two authorizations for filling in and using the bill of exchange
• certain number of authorizations in compliance with the Law on payment operations
• authorization for disposing of dinar and foreign-currency funds at the accounts opened in the Bank.

Usage

The usage of Visa Business card is linked with the operating dinar and foreign-currency current accounts of the legal entity / entrepreneur.

The card is international and may be used for:

• payment of goods and services at all points of sales in the country and abroad with VISA logo, up to the amount of the approved credit limit
• cash withdrawal at counters and ATMs.

For costs incurred by using the card in the country the dinar current account will be debited, while for spending abroad, the foreign-currency account will be debited in EUR.

If there is no cover on the foreign-currency account, the bank will debit the dinar current account on the basis of the card holder’s authorization, as of the date of the transaction, forming the required foreign-currency amount according to the sale exchange rate of the Bank, increased by the commission.

Fees amd commissions

• Processing of the card - 900 CSD in a lump sum
• Annual membership – up to five cards 4.500 CSD, more than five cards  4.000 CSD
