PAYMENT BY MOBILE PHONE IN DINACARD SYSTEM

By sending an SMS message via your obile phone, you can pay your or somobody else’s prepaid credit any time and any place. Users of MTS (networks 064, 065, and 066) can pay their prepaid credit or postpaid account, whereas users of Telenor (networks 062, 063 and 069) can use the service of paying their prepaid credit.

The user of prepaid or postpaid service is the holder of DinaCard card.

• As a user of this service, you with a code (mPIN number) wich you will use to confirm all payment transactions.
• If you own mPIN code for paying your prepaid credit, you will use the same mPIN code for paying your postpaid account.
• If there occurs any irregularity, you will be provided with appropriate message from the Mobile Telephony Serbia or Telenor.

PAYING PREPAID CREDIT 

• is done by sending a free SMS* to number 8585 ( MTS)
• is done by sending a free SMS* to number 8484 (Telenor)

Limits for payment prepaid credit are RSD 2,000 on the daily basis and RSD 15,000 on a monthly basis.

PAYING POSTPAID ACCOUNT

• is done by sending a free SMS to number 8686

You will state limits for such transaction on daily or monthly basis in the application for this service.

*If the services for paying prepaid credit or paying postpaid account are used in roaming, SMS message will be charged according to the current tariff of MTS and Telenor applicable for the particular roaming zone.
